Futur proche: what you are going to do
You talk about later and tomorrow with aller + infinitive, just like going to + verb in English: Je vais manger. Nous allons partir.
Before this
Why
Your French pen friend asks what you are going to do this weekend. How do you tell them your plans?
You say it with the futur proche: Samedi, je vais jouer au foot. Dimanche, nous allons visiter Bruges. That is how French speakers talk about their plans every day.
The good news: you already know all the pieces. You can conjugate aller, and the second verb simply stays as it is in the dictionary.
